Image via WikipediaWe had to go to Laurel today for my Dermatologist appointment and since that is 1/3 of the way to New Orleans Marty and I decided to head on down for an over nighter. Unfortunately, Marty got sick so I canceled. Ah well...The new plan is to head down on my birthday (Friday the 12th). I called a friend to see if she and her daughter wanted to go. We also invited our homeschool group to go.
While I was at the dermatologist office there was a woman from New Orleans there, waiting to see the doctor. (I guess there are no dermatologists in New Orleans?) She suggested we eat at Maspero's, but that is about as far as I have gotten on this whole planning thing.
I have no idea what we are going to do, but I am sure it will be fun!
